What would you do?
Assist in SOX transformation efforts majorly into walkthroughs and testing of control, enhancement of process narratives and maps, and identification of automation opportunity scope

Support governance over relevant XXX's SOX PRC (Process, Risks, and Controls) framework(s), through interactions with first line business stakeholders globally

Understand immediate pain points for relevant teams and support team as needed through execution

Support walkthroughs, including design and maintenance of process narratives and maps

Execute an end to end testing plan, including execution of yearly testing procedures, identification of control deficiencies (design or operational)

Help managers on-going communication with internal and external auditors including alignment on SOX planning, walkthroughs/testing, audit requests, and deficiency evaluation

Help in preparation of executive management and Audit Committee materials highlighting overall SOX progress and results

Applies knowledge and understanding of the collective effect of various factors on establishing or enhancing effectiveness, or mitigating the risks, of specific policies and procedures by: oIdentifying and considering all applicable policies, laws, rules, and regulations of the firm, regulators, or other authoritative bodies as part of engagement team oDocumenting and validating the operating effectiveness of the clients' internal control system, including IT processes and controlsoResearching basic and intermediate topics and forming an initial opinion on the treatment independentlyWhat are we looking for? Due to the current situation and my project contact was not extended, i had been moved to another worst project which is like clerical work even a 10 std student can do that , the project manager started speaking about salary that i can hire a fresher and do this work by giving lesser salary , its like i was not required to the clerical work which i didn’t ask to be there, so i had to move.
