Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and developing software applications, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in team discussions to contribute to the overall success of the project.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Design and develop software applications based on business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications, ensuring their functionality and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance the application development process.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing web applications using .Net technologies.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
