Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, and overseeing the development process to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop software solutions based on business needs.

Lead and mentor a team of software developers.

Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle.

Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems.

Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP software.

Experience in data migration and data quality management.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A full-time engineering degree is required.
