Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC) and SAP BW/4HANA to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain SAP BPC and SAP BW/4HANA solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP BPC and SAP BW/4HANA, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC).

Must To Have Skills:Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of applications.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in SAP BW/4HANA.

Strong understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts.

Experience in developing and maintaining SAP BPC and SAP BW/4HANA solutions.

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
