Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions using ServiceNow IT Service Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing application architecture, coding and testing applications, and ensuring the successful deployment of software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Design, develop, and customize applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Create technical designs and specifications based on business requirements.

Code, test, and debug software applications using ServiceNow platform.

Ensure the successful deployment and integration of software solutions.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL processes.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform.

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.-This position is based at our Mumbai office with location flex for cross location resources.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
