Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications that support the organization's operations and contribute to its success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design and develop applications based on business needs and requirements.

Configure and customize applications to meet specific business process requirements.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.

Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Administration.

Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration concepts and best practices.

Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP systems and landscapes.

Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.

Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting SAP systems.

Familiarity with SAP system upgrades and patching processes.

Understanding of SAP transport management and change control processes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
