Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve application-related incidents.

Monitor application performance and stability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

Provide support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their technical queries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Contribute to the improvement of application performance and stability through continuous monitoring and analysis.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application support and troubleshooting.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure services.

Experience in deploying and managing virtual machines, storage accounts, and virtual networks in Microsoft Azure.

Knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

Familiarity with Azure monitoring and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
