Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system malfunctions.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities.

Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.

Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and Microsoft Azure services.

Experience in deploying and managing virtual machines, storage, and networking in Azure.

Knowledge of monitoring and optimizing Azure infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.

Hands-on experience in scripting languages like PowerShell for automation tasks.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
