Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing service desk voice support in Japanese. Your typical day will involve managing service desk operations and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide service desk voice support in Japanese, managing service desk operations and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
- Interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge, accurately defining client issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service desk operations and client interactions.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Japanese and Service Desk Voice Support.
- Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of ITIL framework and experience in incident management.
- Strong understanding of service desk management and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information:
