Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions to enhance the Workday Core HCM system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing and implementing application features to improve the overall user experience and efficiency of the system.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform in Absence and Time tracking

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop scalable and high-performance applications using Workday

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Implement and configure Workday Absence and Time tracking modules to meet business process requirements.

Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Certified in Workday Absence and time tracking.

Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionality and configuration.

Familiarity with Workday Business Process Framework.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Absence and time tracking

Certification in Workday Absence and time tracking is required.
