Must have Skills :SAP HCM PayrollGood to Have Skills : SAP HCM Organizational ManagementJob Requirements :Key Responsibilities :1 Perform payroll control record maintenance, simulation, proration, accruals, tax, retro accounting, PCR reading, etc 2 Do configuration such as Actions, diff structures, infotypes, features, etc and maintain Structures in PA, Data extraction and maintenance using LSMW, PA30, PA40, etc3 Organize structure and relationships that is maintaining Org unit O, Position S, person P, Cost Center K, Qualification Q, etc using PPOME, PPOSE, PP01, etc
Technical Experience :1 Should have experience in CATS and EHS2 Should have experience in HCM workflow management, ESS/MSS, LSMW, configuring Work Schedule Request3 should have done at least 2-3 end to end SAP implementation projects and 2-3 support projects 4 Experience in HCM Payroll is must
