Summary:As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Additionally, you will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks.

Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost.

Lead delivery and ensure delivery excellence.

Proactively support sales through innovative solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.

Experience in managing large, complex technology projects.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.

Recommendation:Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualifications
