Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with a team of professionals. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and actively participating in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. With your expertise in Java Full Stack Development, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Design and implement application features based on business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Assist in the development of technical documentation.

Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
