Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, researching and gathering information, and defining future state and/or business solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis of business requirements, identifying customer needs and defining future state and/or business solutions.

Assess the current state of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with technology solutions.

Research, gather and synthesize information to support business analysis activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Salesforce Development.

Strong understanding of business processes and systems.

Experience in assessing business models and their integration with technology.

Ability to identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business-driven solutions.
