Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy microservices and light-weight architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of advanced, hands-on development experience with all of the following programming capabilities, demonstrating a comprehensive ability in their deployment, monitoring, and scaling

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Spring Boot, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and deploy microservices and light-weight architecture, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in diverse software engineering principles and practices.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Solid grasp of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Apache Kafka, Microservice development by using Java 11+ and Spring Boot to create and maintain RESTful APIs.
- A solid understanding of modern Java features
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding and experience of AWS development and environment
- RESTful apiâ??s lifecycle development ,Domain modeling, Relational DB
- Continuous Integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), as well as the toolsets to support both
- Monitoring and logging experience, General understanding of enterprise automation techniques
- Proven ability to communicate ideas and designs clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work at pace
- Openshit, AWS ECS and EKS, PostgreSQL, Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
