Summary :As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to design and build applications, acting as the primary point of contact, and utilizing your expertise in Spring Boot and related technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Spring Boot, acting as the primary point of contact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans.

Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.

Strong preference for candidates with experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using OpenAPI (formerly known as Swagger), promoting standardized API documentation and enabling seamless integration and communication between backend services and clients.

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Spring Boot.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), API Management, IAM Technical Architecture and Design.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.

Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong emphasis on Java-based solutions.

Expertise in Java programming language and Spring Boot framework.

Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs using frameworks like Spring MVC or similar.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (Amazon Web Services), encompassing EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, etc.

Proven ability to deploy, manage, and scale applications on Linux-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
