Apigee Edge or other API management platforms.
RESTful APIs and integrating with backend systems using Apigee.
API security practices such as
OAuth 2.0,
JWT,
API Keys, and rate limiting.
API management lifecycle, including versioning, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
Apigee Edge, including API proxy development, policy configuration, and API management.
JavaScript,
Node.js, or
Java for API proxy logic.
OpenAPI (Swagger) specification for designing APIs.
API Gateway concepts, traffic management, and security protocols.
Cloud & Integration:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP),
AWS, or
Azure.
Monitoring & Debugging:
Apigee Analytics and
Apigee Edge Monitoring tools to track API performance and resolve issues.
Scripting & Automation:
JavaScript,
Python, or
Shell scripting for automating processes related to API management.
