Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI, CD and/or DevOps solutions and ensuring all systems are secure and scalable.
- Design, implement, and maintain a secure and reliable cloud infrastructure
- Provide end to end pipeline support for CI/ CD Management, CI/CD Automation, Security Automation.
- Must have strong expertise in operating Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages like shell, Python, Groovy
- Expertise with Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams, including the mentorship of junior engineers.
- Experience with Google cloud. Build and deploy new cloud applications, store artifacts, and monitor app security and reliability on Google Cloud.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
- Experience with integrating applications with third-party systems.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
