You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. With your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and customization of financial applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle Cloud Financials.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and customization of financial applications.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user manuals.

Provide support and training to end-users as required.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials.

Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Experience in leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials applications.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.

Experience in integrating Oracle Cloud Financials with other enterprise systems.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Experience in data migration and conversion activities.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
