Summary:- As Disaster Recovery IT Technology Senior / Expert Consultant, you will be responsible for Troubleshooting Automation Workflows for consistent deployment of High Availability and Disaster Recovery systems including database and filesystem replication and preparation of network routing.- You will lead and execute first-time builds of Disaster Recovery for new solutions in the ECS portfolio as a combination of hands-on work and coaching of more junior colleagues. Roles & Responsibilities:- You will participate in the evaluation of new virtualization and platform technologies such as VMware or public IaaS solutions like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure and support troubleshooting of exceptional cases in a 3rd level support role. - Creating knowledge transfer and technical documentation, including technical operational concepts, process flows, and guidelines will also be part of your role. Also you will be collaborating and aligning new concepts with international teams from within the organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. - You may also have to join customer calls for the technical and architectural discussions and own, lead ,execute and coordinate Disaster Recovery related tasks and activitiesProfessional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP BASIS Administration, Sybase Database Administration (DBA), SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, and SAP HANA DB Administration.- Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of other SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP SD.- Solid hands-on know-how with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, SAP Business Objects, Sybase DBA.- Strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and cloud technologies.- Ability to coordinates delivery and projects as a technical lead in a heterogeneous environment.- Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscale Clouds - Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.- Basic know-how around database and filesystem replication and preparation of network routing.- Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way.- Communication with customers on technical and operations topics, ability to handle escalated customer cases.- Troubleshooting in difficult customer situations- Technical management of strategic projects in the area of DR. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration and related technologies.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
