Summary:As a Managed Service Account Lead, you will be responsible for owning the client relationship for a manage service contract, which may cover one or more service groups. You will be accountable for client service management, related delivery, and growth of the contract and its financial performance. Your typical day will involve managing the client relationship, ensuring service delivery, and driving growth of the contract. Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage the client relationship, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.- Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations, managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Drive growth of the contract, identifying opportunities for additional services and expanding the scope of the contract.- Manage the financial performance of the contract, ensuring profitability and managing costs effectively.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of services and growth of the contract. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP MM Inventory Management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience in managing service contracts and client relationships.- Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Experience in managing financial performance, including profitability and cost management.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver high-quality services. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, management, or a related field, along with a proven track record of managing service contracts and client relationships.- This position is based at our Chennai office.
