Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the software development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements- Ensure software meets quality standards and follows best practices- Manage and prioritize tasks and projects for the team- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Standard Edition- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies- Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance software applications- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques- Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Framework Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full time education is required
