Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. Your role will involve managing and leading a team to ensure successful software development and delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead and mentor a team of software developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

Design and develop high-quality software solutions.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines and deliverables.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills:

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java, Python (Programming Language), Cloud Automation DevOps.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
