Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, showcasing your expertise in Personal Insurance and your technical skills in application development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME in Personal Insurance- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Ensure the successful design, build, and configuration of applications- Deliver applications according to specifications and on time- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Personal Insurance, Design, build, and configure applications- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies- Experience with application development frameworks and tools- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Personal Insurance- This position is based at our Indore office- A 15 years full-time education is required
