Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Visual Basic.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Basic.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other programming languages such as Java or C#.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Experience with application development frameworks such as .NET or J2EE.

Solid grasp of database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.

Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Additional Information:
