Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing the applications, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop applications using OutSystems platform, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly.
- Provide support and maintenance for the applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OutSystems development.
- Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user manuals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in OutSystems.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and developing web and mobile applications using OutSystems platform.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in OutSystems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
