The Practice A Brief Sketch
As a part of the you will help Governments and Public Service agencies across the globe adapt to new climates, new expectations, and new ways of working. You will help our clients to identify and address their greatest challenges to achieve maximum shareholder value.

An ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our clients' strategy and business planning efforts.

As a part of the team, you will help with the following:

Project Delivery:Deliver projects for global Public Service clients by working together with medium to large size teams. Responsibilities may include strategy, implementation, process design and change management for specific modules

Business Development:Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice.

Industry Experience:Provide industry expertise in Public Service industry segments

Domain Development:Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of- view, research or white papers, internal tools, or materials for use by larger community.

Acquiring skills that have utility across industry groups

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

A well-rounded understanding of the Public Service industry, acquired by working directly in the Government agencies, or as part of Public Service practice of management consulting firms.

In-depth understanding of how global Governments & Public Sector agencies operate

Functional knowledge of Social Services sub-industry

Social welfare/ transformation skills (Integrated Eligibility, Child Welfare, Family welfare, Case management, etc.), Grant Management skills

Technology skills in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, in areas of case management and citizen engagement) and Tech Architecture skills in areas of Government and Sovereign cloud

Communication and Presentation Skills to support C-Suite influential dialogues, narratives, conversations, and share ideas

Ability to identify Technology Disruptions in the Public Services industry

Cross cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Ability to solve problems in unstructured scenarios, to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions

Manage and work with key stakeholders onshore and onsite

Qualifications

Your experience counts!

MBA or Master of Public Policy/ Public Administration from either a Tier 1 MBA or Public Administration institute.

Minimum of 3-4 years of Public Services Management Consulting\ Strategy Consulting experience is preferred. In-lieu of consulting experience, strong industry experience will also be considered

Good understanding of global Public Services market trends, best practices, and clients

Exposure to Large Transformation programs in the Public Services domain

Thought leadership experience:Exposure to Public Services consulting assets, points-of-view, methodologies, research or white papers, marketing collaterals etc.
