Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to end-users. With your expertise in network engineering planning and deployment solutions, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our applications and enhance the overall user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Provide technical support to end-users and assist them in resolving software-related problems.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying cause of software issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application support services.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Design and Build.

Strong understanding of network engineering principles and concepts.

Experience in planning and deploying network solutions.

Knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN.

Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Ability to analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
