Summary:As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing and presenting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and present solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams, to develop and deliver winnable solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Solution Architecture.

Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform related to the client's requirements.

Experience in developing and delivering differentiated solutions.

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Solution Architecture.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.

Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

An Engineering bachelor's degree from a premier Tier -1 / 2 institute / Masters / Diploma in Management is required.
