Summary:Seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead with a proven track record for management and support of end-user computing services, including messaging & collaboration support, for a large enterprise environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of the organization.Technical Proficiency:oExtensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), citrix and AVD.oProficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Zoom and Webex.oKnowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering.oStrong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
Roles & Responsibilities:oProven ability to lead Delivery of IT Managed services to large enterprises.oResponsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks. Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk.oDrive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.oCommunicate effectively with users, team members, and senior management.oAbility to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.oStrong customer service orientation.oAbility to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and improve services.oEnthusiasm for exploring new technologies and methodologies.oAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.oNegotiation and conflict resolution skills.oEngage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
