Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and driving its success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Design and develop business architecture models and frameworks to guide the organization's strategy.

Lead the development and implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business architecture.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub.

Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies.

Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining high level customer requirements.

Ability to develop business solutions and structures to realize opportunities.

Knowledge of developing business cases to achieve the vision.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
