Summary:As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will provide advisory work for the IT function, lead high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and offer guidance on change management strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead change management initiatives effectively

Develop and implement change management strategies

Provide guidance and support to teams undergoing organizational changes
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Change Management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Project management expertise

Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
