Summary:As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of enterprise network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure efficient network operations.

Implement network configurations effectively.

Troubleshoot network issues promptly.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Software Defined Network and Operations.

Strong understanding of network protocols.

Experience with network monitoring tools.

Knowledge of network security principles.

Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with network automation tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Defined Network and Operations.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
