Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for specific software solutions/vendors/brands. Your tasks will include L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and manage Tufin security policy management tools.

Monitor and maintain the health of the Tufin platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Implement and enforce security policies across multiple network security devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Tufin platform, network security policies, and device integrations.

Collaborate with network security teams to design and implement new policies and changes to the existing security posture.

Regularly review and update the Tufin configurations in response to evolving security needs.

Generate reports and provide analysis of network security policies, access rules, and configurations using Tufin's reporting tools.

Work closely with the security operations team to identify security vulnerabilities and mitigate risks through the Tufin platform.

Provide technical support and training to end-users and teams on the Tufin platform.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience with Tufin Orchestration Suite, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and routing.

Familiarity with network security devices (e.g., firewalls, routers, VPNs, etc.) and integrations with Tufin.

Experience with automation scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.

Ability to generate and analyze security-related reports and audit logs.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

3 to 5 Years of hands on Tufin experience.Preferred Skills:

Tufin Certified Security Expert (TCSE) or trained.

Experience with other network security tools and platforms.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Firewall Architecture

This position is based at our Gurugram office
