Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. With your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and customization of financial applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Finance transformation project by helping the customer

Design new chart of accounts or work with existing chart of accounts to come up with revisions as needed

Prepare a roadmap to transition from EBS to Cloud, based on customer's current footprint

Have good knowledge of implementing Finance Shared services or having worked on similar projects in the past

Lead team of Finance consultants to execute projects.

Having experience of Finance transformation Oracle Cloud Projects

Should have worked with large customer or Big Consulting firms in Finance domain

- Assess the current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations

Understand and design finance processes, and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls

Work closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the finance function and secure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders

Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solution, diagnostics etc.)

Provide Solution inputs, Design overall solution and interfaces required with other systems

Act as point of contact for the stream and liaise between business users and the Implementation team

Interact with business leads to gather requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud, collaborate with the technical development team on solution design, test, re-work and sign off, and work with business leads to implement the solution developed.

Lead functional solution design to address client's business requirements

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
