Summary:As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements, providing input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Your typical day will involve analyzing and evaluating application and technical architecture requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions to ensure the successful integration of applications and technical components.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure their integration into the technical architecture.

Evaluate and recommend hardware, network products, system software, and security solutions.

Lead the design and implementation of application and technical architecture components.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Extend.

Strong understanding of application architecture principles and best practices.

Experience in reviewing and integrating application requirements.

Knowledge of hardware, network products, system software, and security solutions.

Experience in designing and implementing application and technical architecture components.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Extend.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
