Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Design and document new business processes and workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Automotives.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.

Experience in defining product requirements and use cases.

Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques.

Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Automotives.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
