Project Role :Quality Engineer (Tester)


Project Role Description :Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have minimum 3-5 years of Contact Center Experience. Overall 16 years of experience required.

Should have been certified on any contact center solution. Should be Cloud Certified Practitioner with any cloud provider viz. Azure or GCP or AWS.

Understands and have experience on different components like Chat or Voice Bots, Service Channels, Workflows, WFM, Journey Facilitator, Conversational AI, CPAAS, SIP Trunk. Should be able to architect the solution with these capabilities for an enterprise.

Should have knowledge management overview and integration experience with vector search and embeddings.

Moderate knowledge on AI,ML or GenAI is required.

Experience in doing security hardening and performance test of the platform.

Should be able to work with client on NFRs and carving out journeys from the requirements.

Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices.

Optimize performance and monitor system efficiency. Engage with stakeholders for technical insights and recommendations.

Should have worked on estimates, solutions and client proposal.

Nice to have cloud contact center migration experience. Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.Additional Information:
