Job Description

This role requires attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills as well as creatively determining approaches to analyze data and to drive meaningful conclusion out of it. This role is one where influence and an ability to function independently are critical. This role must navigate successfully between the interests of our stakeholder groups and the delivery of a net business benefit at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:

Need to have a robust mix of technical and communication skills (verbal & written), with a passion for optimization, automation, data storytelling, and data visualization.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in data analysis and data science. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Actively participate in multi-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to measure project success.

Review on-boarding Materials, Operations Handbook and Program Handbook. Review Integrated Master Schedule provided.

Create consolidated project status reporting and review project status and identify issues.

Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals.

Requires low level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work within OA&EP team.

Required Skills:

The person in this role will need strong skills and experience in:

Technical Skills:Must have proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Python for data analysis and munging. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

Excellent working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Good background in data modelling and visualization including creation of dashboards.

Should be a fast learner and be able to transform himself/herself into a functional or domain expert.

Strong analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with shown attention to detail combined with big picture thinking

Ability to present and tailor details and information to various levels of an organization.

Completes work independently with general mentorship on new projects/requirements.

Work well with peers, and superiors in all workstreams/verticals across the organization.

Qualifications

2-8 years + experience in Data Analytics, proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Python for data analysis with a 2+ years of data visualization experience.

Prior experience of working with Accenture processes is preferred.
