What would you do?
The F&A specialist will be instrumental in managing P2P deployments . The candidate with techno functional skills will be responsible for evaluating, deploying, and managing the solutions in P2P Space and for driving a strong discipline and work ethics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a result oriented individual. He needs to work with Cross functional and technical teams to ensure delivery.


What are we looking for?

Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Accountancy or MBA Finance { Techno functional combination such as BE+MBA would be preferred}

Minimum experience of 8-10 years in P2P transformation and tool deployments

Expertise in all the sub processes of P2P

Should be flexible with working in multiple Time zones

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint), ERP (SAP Preferred), P2P Workflows etc.

Experience in Project management and leading client conversations

Experience working on LEAN processes and tools

Takes proactive ownership and accountability for independent analytical work or process coordination and improvement

Curious mindset with excellent communication skills

Ability to balance speed and accuracy

Must be aware of the changing technological landscape in the F&A-P2P space

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand end to end P2P, able to evaluate processes and identify opportunities

Create Business case and measure ROI's

Able to create AS IS and to be process after understanding challenges in process and tech design

Responsible for governance of deployments

Prepare review materials including decks to be presented to the stakeholders

Develop, deploy and maintain innovative analytical tools and technologies to enhance speed and efficiency of the decision-making capabilities

Participate in ad-hoc projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned

Takes initiatives to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of the F&A stakeholders

Manage client and vendor communication in all projects

Understands various systems and tools deployed by the clients

Collaborate effectively with various functional teams to manage deployments effectively
