Summary:As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring the successful implementation of the deployment plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.

Manage the overall deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan.

Train and mentor team members to ensure their success in the deployment process.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.

Experience in leading deployment projects and managing resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
