Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and enhance application functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Develop and implement new features and functionalities in Workday Core HCM applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Workday Core HCM applications.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Workday Core HCM application development.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM data model and business processes.- Experience in Workday integration tools and technologies.- Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics functionalities.- Hands-on experience in Workday configuration and customization.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday security and permissions.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
