Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Contribute actively in team discussions, actively participating and providing solutions to work-related problems.

Oversee the development and implementation of applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the application development process.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and implementing process enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Ariba.

- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM).

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

- Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP Ariba.

- Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies, such as APIs and web services.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in an agile development environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Graduated is required.
