Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all application-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to gather requirements and ensure successful application delivery.

Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the application development lifecycle.

Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and integrity of the application codebase.

Identify and address technical risks and challenges, proactively finding solutions to ensure project success.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing technical skills and knowledge.

Contribute to the development and implementation of software development methodologies and best practices.

Additional Responsibility 1:Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Additional Responsibility 2:Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in leading and managing application development projects.

Solid knowledge of programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, .NET, or Python.

Hands-on experience with database management systems, such as Oracle or SQL Server.

Experience in integrating applications with third-party systems and APIs.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ERP modules, such as SAP MM or SAP SD. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.QualificationMinimum of 15 years of full time education
