Project Role Description :Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.
Must have skills :Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional

Good to have skills :Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Java, J2EE, Servlet and JSP Li
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead current state assessments to identify high-level customer requirements.

Define business solutions and structures to realize identified opportunities.

Develop a business case to achieve the vision.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.-

Good exposure on Customer service, sales and service module

To be part of the Workshop, documenting detailed Requirement and Functional Design Document

Participate in discovery sessions, prepare Process flow using Visio, Business Rules, prepare Design, Detailed Analysis and BRD document

Having exposure on Azure DevOps

Candidate must have CRM Testing experience Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Execution Plan coordinating. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
