Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing efficient and effective solutions for our organization, ensuring seamless business processes and meeting the needs of our clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing and implementing applications, and ensuring their smooth functioning.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop applications using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).

Configure and customize applications to meet business process requirements.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.

Document application design, functionality, and processes.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java, SQL, and web services.

Strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing applications using IBM BPM.

Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).

Familiarity with integration technologies such as SOAP and RESTful APIs.

Experience in implementing process automation and workflow solutions.

Knowledge of database concepts and SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
