We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manual Tester with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM to join our team. This role is dedicated to testing key functionalities such as Integration, Fast Formula, and Fusion HCM processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in validating complex HCM processes, integration points between Oracle Fusion and other systems, and custom Fast Formulas. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of HCM solutions and integration flows, ensuring they meet business requirements and maintain high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Integration Testing:oTest integration between Oracle Fusion HCM and external systems (e.g., Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, etc.).oEnsure proper data flow, mapping, and communication between integrated systems.oValidate inbound and outbound interfaces, data migration, and third-party integrations.oIdentify issues with integration, document defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve integration issues.

Fast Formula Testing:oReview, execute, and validate Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion HCM for various processes like payroll, benefits, and compensation.oEnsure that Fast Formulas are correctly configured and meet business requirements.oTest complex business logic within Fast Formulas to ensure accurate processing.oWork closely with developers and functional teams to ensure proper formula configurations.

Oracle Fusion Process Testing:oTest various Oracle Fusion HCM business processes such as employee lifecycle, recruitment, compensation, payroll, performance management, and benefits.oPerform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Oracle Fusion processes to ensure seamless execution and accurate results.oDocument test cases, results, and defects for different business processes within Oracle Fusion.oEnsure that business rules, configurations, and workflows within the Fusion HCM system are functioning as expected.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (3 to 5 years) as a manual tester, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM, integrations, Fast Formula, and HCM processes.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation.

Strong understanding of integration testing, including API-based integrations, web services, and third-party system data exchanges.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Fast Formula testing, including validation of business logic.

Familiarity with HCM process testing, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll processes in Oracle Fusion.

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
