Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical to develop efficient and effective solutions for our clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing CRM solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications based on business requirements.- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Create technical design documents and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of CRM applications.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during application deployment and post-implementation phases. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with CRM customization and configuration.- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including entities, workflows, plugins, and web resources.- Experience in integrating CRM with other systems using web services and APIs.- Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework for CRM customization and development.- Familiarity with CRM deployment methodologies and best practices. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A BTech degree is required.
