Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality applications that align with industry best practices and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Design and develop Salesforce Lightning Web Components to meet the application requirements.
- Implement custom functionalities and enhancements using Apex and JavaScript.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of the applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features and best practices.
- Assist in the deployment and release management of applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Apex and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable and maintainable applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
