Summary:As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.

Communicate project status and technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FICO.

Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of custom software applications.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Experience in managing project timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical findings to stakeholders.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
